Twitter Tale

Snow. A park. Footprints, two pair, nearly inseparable; one pair stops, and turns back. Smashed phone on a park bench.

  1. I've thought it might be intriguing to write twitter-style, only a few syllables to set a mood, tell a story. A sort of haiku. I like the idea of writing where the reader needs to fill in the blanks, bringing their own emotions and stories to the table. This is nice, Li. A great idea.

  2. What an exercise! Fabulous idea and I guess this means it was a wrong number :)

    Have a great weekend!

  3. This idea really appeals to me. Got me thinking of other ways to flash fiction, like text messaging. But, I think your idea wins hands down. And, yes, I’d say it definitely works :)

  4. :) Thanks all...I wondered if the idea would fly or not. Could be a wrong #, Jules. What I had in mind was someone being with one person and get a message from (ahem) someone else.

  5. Micro fiction is fun and this opens up lots of open ended mystery.
