Having managed to wreck their vehicles in a corn field, the two made their way to a nearby building. The sign outside advertised one of their favorite dishes, and so they entered the fluorescent environs and chose something from the display.
The pale-skinned bag of jelly at the counter grunted as they passed by him.
"No helmets on in the store."
They ignored him and thrust their snack into the microwave. A delicious smell emanated, which they listened to appreciatively.
A sight they recognized as imminent regurgitation struck their sensory organs. The BOJ approached.
"Listen, I don't know what you're on, or what f#@!ing planet you're from..."
"From Zantros!" they telepathed in unison before consuming him, garnished with crispy mealworms.

Oh this was clever. I was wondering why they called him a bag of jelly, now it makes sense. The twist ending is excellent!
ReplyDeleteOh no lol :)

mmmm....BOJ, but not on toast? ;) Sounds like good eats!
ReplyDeleteVery funny, Li.
That is funny!
ReplyDeleteLol. A sign outside a diner in Canada where we were staying (we live in the UK) said 'Wet Willys'. Not normally eaten in public in the UK.
ReplyDeleteNUMMMY!!! It's just a cultural difference mister BOJ ;) Wait were those Honey Badgers from Zantros? ;)

Fun; I like how the little details (like cornfield) play together as the whole.
ReplyDeleteThat sign is priceless and was a story waiting to be written. Well done Li!
